2/3 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Butter
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 Cups all purpose flour
1/2 Cups seedless raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degres. Combine sugar, butter, almond extract and beat until creamy. Add flour, Combine well. Shape dough into 1 ince balls. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Make indentation with thumb in center of each cookie. Fill each indentation with about 1/4 tsp. jam.
Bake 14 - 18 minutes until lightly browned. Cool

To make the glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and almond extract. Add a little water to make a glaze. Drizzle over cookies.
