2 lbs ground beef

1 egg slightly beaten

1 large onion chopped

1 lemon juiced

1 bottle chili sauce

1/2 large jar grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine 2 pounds ground beef with 1 slightly beaten egg and 1 chopped large onion

Mix and shape into balls - size of large walnut

Bake 10-15 minutes than drop into sauce

Sauce:

Mix 1 bottle of chili sauce with lemon juice and 1/2 large jar grape jelly

Simmer with meatballs until brown
