Ingredients:
Ingredients:
This is my best guess at measurements:

6 whole potatoes I prefer the Gold ones
4 eggs
1/2 cup of finely chopped pickles
1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
1 Tablespoon of mustard
1/2 cup of Miracle Whip salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste

1 Boil Potatoes (after about 20 minutes slide a fork thru one of the potatoes,if it slides easily it's done if not cook for another 10 minutes or so) the bigger the potatoes the longer it takes. let cool and cut potatoes into bite size pieces.
2 cover eggs with cold water and boil for 7-10 minutes and let cool, peel and chop
3 Mix Potatoes, eggs, pickles, onions, mustard, miracle whip and salt and pepper together. Can adjust ingredients to preferred taste.
I don't measure anything, I just guess and taste as I go and add more to adjust the taste. Just remember always start with less you can always add more of the seasonings and dressings and the pickles and onions as well.
