1/2 Stick Crisco Shortening
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1/2 Cup White Sugar (non-packed)
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2/3 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Oats
1/2 Bag Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together Crisco, brown sugar, white sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, salt and baking soda in a separate bowl. Slowly stir sugar mixture into flour mixture, stirring the whole time. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Portion out onto greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
