Cedar Plank, 12-15" x 7", presoaked for at least 1 hr
1 Fillet of fresh Salmon, skin on
3 T Coastal Cuisine Dry Rub (or other rub of your choice, Teriyaki Sauce or Lemon Butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Presoak Cedar plank in water, weighting it down so that it will be submerged, for at least 1 hour.

Place Salmon, skin side down, on plank
