2 eggs (separated)
1 cup sugar
1 ¾ cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup oil
1 tbsp oil
1 cup milk
¾ square of chocolate(or sub cocoa)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until they hold soft peaks then add ½ cup sugar, continue until peaks are VERY stiff. Into a large bowl put flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Pour in oil and ½ milk, beat 1 minute. Add balance of milk, egg yolks and chocolate. Beat another minute, fold in egg whites.

Pour in pan 9" x 12" or angel food pan. Bake 30 - 35 minutes at 350ºF. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
