8 half breasts of chicken boiled in salt water until
tender
2 boxes broccoli spears cooked crisp tender

Sauce:
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. New York state cheese(sharp cheddar)
1/2 pt. sour cream
salt, pepper & paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in casserole with 2 broccoli spears under each chicken breast. Make sauce by melting butter, add flour mixing until smooth. Add milk and other ingredients and cook slowly until all is melted. Pour this sauce over chicken and broccoli. Bake in slow oven(325) for 30 minutes.
