2 cups butter
4 eggs
1 ½ cup sugar
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups chocolate chips (Milk Choc)
1 box (5.1 oz) French vanilla pudding, instant
1/2 tsp almond extract
5-5 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine butter, eggs, sugars, vanilla and almond extract in large bowl until evenly mixed. 2. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and french vanilla pudding. 3. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the large bowl of wet ingredients. 4. Once the ingredients are combined, slowly mix in chocolate chips. 5. Place on greased cookie sheet (or un-greased using parchment paper). Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Let rest on pan a bit before removing.

I use x-lrg eggs and 6 cups of flour and I do sprinkle sugar over top before baking. I use my cookie dough scoop and let baked pan rest while I form cookies for the next sheet. I use a jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper. These are a nice soft cookie. Spreads out nicely.
