crust:
12 g cracker squares, 1/3 cup sugar, dash cinnamon, 1/2 stick melted butter (4 ounces)

blend in Cuisinart or crush ingredients in a ziplock bag. Line your pie pan- up the sides too


filling:
12 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, three eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla

beat until smooth. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350° in a glass pan and 375° for a metal pan until firm with pancake holes. Often takes longer… till not jiggly in the middle

topping:
1 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

mix together and spread over pie when it comes out of the oven.

chill pie well before serving (best is overnight)
