1 cup shortening or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 level tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tarter
approximately 4 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add sour cream and eggs, add vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, soda, cream of tarter and salt.
Mix well, let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Roll & cut on floured board or cloth.
Bake at 350 degrees about 8-10 minutes until light brown.
