12 cucumbers 1 bunch celery 6 Large green peppers 6 large red peppers 1 cauliflower 8 green tomatoes 2 cups pickling onions
Cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Soak over night in Salt water. Boil next day in salt water. Drain
2 quarts Heinz pickling vinegar (5% acid) 6 cups sugar 1 teaspoon curry.. Mix together. Cook for a few min. and seal 1 cup flour 2 Tablespoon dry mustard 1 Tablespoon turmeric 1 tablespoon celery seed 1/4 cup mustard seed.
