1 Small Tub prunes
2 eggs
40g oil - coconut, butter + 2 Tbsp to net blend prune
100 gms sugar, -> 2 scoops xylitol, or other sweetener to taste
50 gm flax, milled
10 gms cocoa
100 gm self rising flour
100 gm flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder to 100 gms flour
2 Tsp five spice powder
100 gms dried cranberry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all liquid in blender.
Mix the eggs and oil then add the sugar, spice, coocoa, and flour.
Finally stir in the cranberries.
Place dollops on baking sheet, preferably lined with baking silicone. Cook for 12 minutes 175C.
Cool on a baking rack.
