-2 cups Self Rising

-2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

-Butter **this only included here so you know its necessary for the pan**

- Preheat oven to 425º

-Pour heavy whipping cream into flour slowly to combine. You may use your hands or a fork (I prefer the fork method).

-After dough is fully combined, sprinkle some flour onto a clean cutting board or counter top and pour dough out onto counter.

-Knead dough ball and fold over approximately 12 times.

-Using a rolling pin, roll dough ball until approximately 1 inch thin.

-Using any form of dough cutter (I use a coffee cup) and separate into biscuits.

-Grease pan of your choice (bottom and sides) and arrange biscuits.

-Bake for until golden brown (about 13 minutes)

-Butter the tops of the biscuits.
