2 c chocolate chips
1 c corn syrup
½ c peanut butter
2 c chopped roasted peanuts
1 c oatmeal

Directions:

Melt chocolate chips together. Add peanut butter. Mix in peanuts and oatmeal. Spread into a buttered pan. Cut into bars while soft. Refrigerate.
