Crust:

3 Cups Vanilla Wafers (12 oz box)
3/4 Cup melted butter

Filling:
2 Cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
6 bananas
15ox. crushed pineapple (WELL drained)
1 xl tub Coop Whip

To Serve:
Rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, Marchino cherries, crushed pecans.

Crust:

Crush vanilla wafers well. I use a food processor.
Combine wafers and butter.
Press into 9 x 13 inch pan.

Filling:
Combine powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs.
Beat on high speed for 5 minutes
Pour over wafer base
Cut bananas lengthwise and lay over mixture.
Sprinkle drained pineapple over bananas.
Spread Cool Whip top.

* Refrigerate overnight.

Before serving:
Add halved Marchino cherries and crushed pecans on top.
Kids love sprinkles

Cut into 2" squares and serve.
