Skinless chicken thighs, preferably without the bone
Olive oil
Capers-1 jar
White onions cut into slices and broken apart
Black Olives--whole or sliced
Garlic
Can of Tomatoes- 15 oz
Banana Rings-1 jar
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Place the thighs on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place the other ingredients on top of the thighs.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.

This would work with chicken breasts, also, but cooking time may need to be a bit longer if the breasts are thick.
