3 dozen littleneck clams
3 cloves garlic - sliced
6 tablespoons olive oil
1˝ teaspoon salt
3/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoons parsley
1/4 - 1/2 crushed red pepper (or to taste)
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet sauté garlic in olive oil.
Add everything but the clams - simmer about 5 minutes.
Add clams, cover and simmer until clams open.
Serve over pasta and/or bread.
