2 cups all purpos flour
2 teasppons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup crushes peppermint

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Coat the bottom of a large griddle or large frying pan with 1/4
teaspoon of butter for about 1 minute. Drop 2 tablespoons of
batter onto the hot skillet. When bubbles begin to appear on
the surface flip pancakes. Continue cooking until use batter.
