1½ C All-purpose flour
1½ tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Salt
1½ C Semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
6 T Butter, softened
1 C Sugar
1½ tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Mint extract
2 Eggs
Confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips. Set aside.
In a large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add melted chocolate and flavoring extracts. Beat in eggs. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in remaining chocolate chips. Wrap dough in plastic wrap; freeze until firm, about 20 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 350ºF Ungreased cookie sheet

Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in confectioners' sugar to coat. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until tops appear cracked. Let stand 2 minutes, then remove from cookie sheet and cool.
