2 small cans white hominy
1 pint sour cream
1-2 small can chopped green chilies
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Salad sprinkles or croutons (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered casserole dish, reserving some of cheese for the top. Sprinkle with salad sprinkles or crushed croutons. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until center bubbles. Spinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. Option: May also be cooked in microwave. Cook until cheese is melted and bubbly.
