2 c. light brown sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 t. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. salt
2 t. vanilla
2 t. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream the brown sugar and shortening with electric mixer.
Add the eggs and vanilla.
In a smaller bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet.
Add raisins.
Form into small balls.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in oven preheated to 375 for 12 to 15 minutes.
