1 1/2 cup white rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 2oz jar pimento
3 6oz cans of tuna
8 oz Kraft Old English Cheese (comes in 5 oz jar)
3 cups milk
3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp butter
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice. Make a thin white sauce using the milk, flour, butter and seasonings. Reserve one cup of the sauce.
Add cheese to the remaining sauce and heat through. Mix the cooked rice, tuna and pimento. Mix in the cheese sauce prepared as above.
Place mixture in 2 qt glass baking dish and bake one hour at 325º
Mix mushroom soup with the reserved sauce and heat through. Serve as gravy for over the tuna loaf.
