2 heads Romaine lettuce
1 tbs anchovy paste or 2-3 anchovies minced
1 clove garlic minced
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
3 tbs lemon juice
¼ c extra virgin olive oil
¼ c grated Parmesan cheese and more for serving (the powdered type, not the shredded one)
fresh cracked black pepper
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, dry and chop the lettuce and put in a salad bowl
In a separate bowl, add anchovy paste, minced garlic and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce.
Mix thoroughly so there are no chunks of the anchovy paste
Add the rest of the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly together.
Pour over the lettuce and toss until all of the pieces are coated. (Dont pour all at once because you might have some extra dressing.)
Add more Parmesan, freshly cracked black pepper and croutons.
