2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons milk

Directions:
Directions:

Mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add oil and milk. Mix with fork until flour is dampened. Reserve 1/3 of dough for top crust. Press remaining dough against bottom and sides of 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Fill with fruit filling. Crumble reserved dough over top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
