1 cantaloupe
1 galia meon or honeydew melon
2 lb watermelon
6 oz fresh strawberries
4 sprigs fresh mint

Directions:
Directions:
Halve the cantaloupe, galia, and watermelons.
Remove the seeds from the cantaloupe and galia with a spoon.
With a melon-baller, take out as many balls as you can from all 3 melons. Combine in a large bowl and refrigerate.
Add the fresh strawberries and transfer to 4 stemmed glass dishes.
Decorate with sprigs of mint.

This ice cold melon dish is an excellent way to end a meal. It is also a delightful dish to serve on a hot sunny day as a cool refreshment. The strawberries could be replaced with blueberries, raspberries, or any other favorite berry.
