5 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 pot potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with oil until light in color. Add water and salt. Add flour gradually making a soft dough. Knead well. Let dough rest, covered well for 10 minutes - 1/2 hour. Roll 1/8" thick on a floured surface. Ct circles. Place 1 tsp filling on each. Pinch edges closed. Boil or freeze on cookie sheets (make sure they aren't touching) Move to bags after frozen.
