2 sticks margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup cooking oil
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
4 cups flour
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Add margarine, powdered sugar and granulated sugar together and cream well.
Add oil, baking soda, flour, cream of tartar and salt to margarine mixture. Roll into balls or drop by teaspoon. Press with glass or fork that has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes.
