1 1/2 sticks of butter-melted
1cup of sugar
1cup flour
1egg- beaten
Apples-Sliced, peeled-approx 4-5 (she uses Gala, may toss with lemon juice to prevent browning)
1tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a 9” deep pie pan 3/4 full with the sliced apples
Mix together the melted butter, sugar, flour and beaten egg. Pour mixture over sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or just plain. Easy and delicious Enjoy!

Can be made gluten free by substituting the flour with gluten free almond or coconut flour. Also delicious.
