Pie Filling
Crumb Mix
8 cooking apples
½ cup sugar
1 cup sugar
½ cup flour
1 rounded tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cinnamon
½ level cup flour
6 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Peel apples and cut into half-inch cubes. In bowl mix with sugar, cinnamon and flour.
Let sit while making crumb mixture.
In a seperate bowl mix butter, cinnamon, flour and sugar until crumbly.
Pour apples into Grandpa Goon's Pie Crust. Spoon crumbs over apples.
Bake @ 400º for 50 minutes.
