For the Filling
1 tbsp. of all-purpose flour
1/3 a cup of butter
1 cup of light brown sugar
2 tbsp. whipping cream
1 tsp of vanilla Extract

For the Crust
1 egg
1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 light brown sugar

Directions:

Making the Crust
Preheat oven to 305º F.

In a large bowl, combine the crust ingredients until crumbly.

Press the mixture into an ungreased 9" x 9" square pan and pop into the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes, until browned.

Making the Filing
In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients and spread over partially baked crust.

Continue to bake for 20-30 mins until golden brown.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
