1 cup plus 1 tbsp. dark chocolate
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp. water
1 cup plus 1 tbsp. white sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 390ș F.

Melt the butter and the chocolate (broken into pieces) in a bain marie.

In a bowl beat the eggs and sugar.

Mix the chocolate mixture with the eggs and sugar.

Using a spatula fold in flour.

Pour the mixture into a 10 inch x 1.5 inch round pie plate lined with aluminum foil.

Bake in a bain-marie for approximately 13 minutes, or until risen about an inch and a baking stick comes out almost clean.

Remove when warm from pie dish and place outside to cool.

Serve with whipped cream/vanilla ice cream, finely cut strawberries or raspberries.
