2/3 cup melted butter
2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 2/3 cups Laura Secord Milk Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp. hot water

Preheat oven to 375º F.

Cover a baking pans with parchment paper

In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs and hot water in the mixer until smooth.

In another large bowl, use the whisk to mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Put the first bowl back in the mixer and stir in the second mixture until combined.

Stir in Laura Secord Milk Chocolate Chips.

Put batter in the fridge for a minimum of 30 min (the longer you wait, the better the cookies turn out!)

Use the cookie scoop to place the batter onto the baking pan, spacing the cookies out.

Add 3 - 4 CHIPITS Milk Chocolate Chips on top of each cookie.

Place the baking pan in the oven and let it bake for 8 1/2 minutes.

Take out the cookies and let them sit for 3 minutes; transfer to wire rack

Repeat steps 7 - 10 until there is no batter left
