Notes: My grandma was born and raised in Japan. When she came to the US, she had no idea how to speak english and didn't know much about American food.
This was her first American dish which she learned from her husband (my grandfather)'s mother how to make this delicious potato salad! It is now a staple for all family gatherings in the summer on all sides of my family now.
