- 1/4 cup milk - 8 ounces block cream cheese softened. - 1 1/2 cups of packed dark brown sugar. - 1 cup granulated sugar - 2 sticks ( 8 ounces ) softened salted butter. - 2 cups of creamy peanut butter. - 1 egg - 2 1/2 - 3 cups of flour - 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla. - 1 teaspoon b.powder - 1 teaspoon of b. Soda. - 1/2 cup of nutella , creamy peanut butter, marshmallow fluff or fruit preserves

Heat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper and in a medium
bowl fitted with paddle attachment mix butter , cream cheese , peanut butter , sugar. And brown sugar until smooth then take off the mixture And scrape what is on the. attachment into the bowl then with wooden spoon mix in milk and egg until well combined. Then add baking soda , baking powder and vanilla and mix well stir in flour until no flour streaks remain on a lightly floured surface , roll the dough 1/4 inch thick cut out cookies
with a template.
Then place cookies 1 inch apart and freeze cookies for 12 minutes. Bake until the cookies are firm to the touch but not browned at the edges , about 6 - 8 minutes. Then let cook on baking sheet for 2 minutes , then transfer to wire rack to cool completely then on the smooth side of one of your cookies pb then on another fruit preserves
then on another nutella scoop it on top add spread it evenly on top
