1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening, little more if butter or Crisco
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add pineapple. Beat well.
Add dry ingredients.
Drop by spoonful on oiled pan.
425º -- 10 min.
White XXX frosting.
