3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 8 oz. can drained crushed pineapple
3 cups flour
1½ tsp. cinnamon
¾ tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts, chopped

With mixer beat eggs, sugar, oil & vanilla together and beat until thick and foamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Blend all together. Put in 2 greased loaf pans and bake 350º for 45 min - 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.

Grandma Wood made this bread & my Mom liked it so much she got the recipe from her. It became my Mom's go to zucchini bread recipe and the one I've made too. I like it because it's very moist.
