1 C Rice, Long Grain
2 qts Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 1/8 C Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp Lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place the first three ingredients into a buttered baking dish and bake at 350° until soft, about 1-1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and add the rest of the ingredients while still hot. Let stand about 1/2 hour.
