2/3 C Shortening
1 1/4 C Sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbs Baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 C Flour
4 Tbs Orange juice

Frosting:
1/2 C Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Tbs vanilla
Powdered sugar
Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first three ingredients until creamy. Add remaining cookie ingredients. Roll out dough to 1/4" and cut out. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 11 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients until desired consistency. Frost cookies when cooled.
