¾ C shortening
1 C brown sugar
1 C sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
1 C rice Krispie cereal
1 C salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla beating on medium speed until well blended. Add dry ingredients. Fold in rice krispies and peanuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool one minute, then move to a cooling rack.
