1 lb Butter, no substitutes
4 Eggs
2 C Brown Sugar, packed
2 C Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
4 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
6 C Oatmeal
1 C Nuts, chopped
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips or 2 1/2 Hershey Bar, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoons onto uncreased cookie sheets and bake 6 minutes at 400°. Remove from oven and leave on cookie sheets 3 minutes prior to removing.
