3 6oz packages of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 12oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla
coconut, optional
chopped nuts, optional
sprinkles , optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, mix chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Mix and melt on low heat until it is smooth and melted together. Remove from heat and add vanilla, Chill in the pan for 2 hours (or until it is cold enough that you can roll it in a ball with your hands) spoon out the desired amount of truffle mix to make the ball the size you want it. After you have rolled all of the mix into balls, roll them in any desired covering,
