2/3 C Evaporated milk
2 C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Red food coloring
1 C unpopped popcorn (cook as desired with a pan or air popper)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sugar and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan until it reaches a soft ball stage, then pour over popped popcorn in a large bowl and stir to cover corn evenly. Spoon onto wax paper or roll into balls.
