2 Cups + 4 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Cups of margarine or shortening
1 cup of buttermilk
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 teaspoons baking powder
7 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and let dough cool in the refrigerator for at least one hour so that the dough is easier to handle. Roll out and cut cookies ¼ to 3/4 inches thick (depending on how soft you like them). Bake at 375 degrees approximately 12 mins (not too brown). Frost while still warm.
