4 1/2 C Sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 (6 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1 (8 oz) jar Marshmallow Creme
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 C chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix together 4 1/2 cups sugar and 1 can evaporated (non-sweetened) milk. Cook until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Continue to stir and boil for 7 minutes, exactly.

Add:
3 6 oz pkg. Chocolate Chips
1 (8 oz) jar Marshmallow Creme
1/2 tsp vanilla

Stir in until mixed and melted. Add 2 cups of chopped nuts (optional). Pour into a greased cookie sheet and let cool. Use a pizza cutter to cut into pieces.

Mom and dad's Christmas fudge. I like to add crushed peppermint sticks or different flavors of chocolate.
