1/2 C Baking Cocoa
1 3/4 C Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 C Shortening
1 C Sugar
1 egg
1/2 C Milk
1/2 C nuts, chopped
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg Large marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, sugar and egg. Add milk. Add dry ingredients, vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes at 350°. Top each cookie with 1/3 marshmallow and return to oven for 2 more minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting while still warm.
