½ sugar
½ c brown sugar
½ C butter softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¼ C flour
¼ C cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 C Andes Peppermint Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Mix sugars, butter, eggs, and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Add in dry ingredients till blended. Fold in peppermint chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto light sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool 1 minute in pan then transfer to a cooling rack.
