1 C Butter, softened
3 C Brown Sugar, packed
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 (8 oz) can evaporated milk
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
5 C flour

Brown Sugar Frosting:
1/2 C Butter, softened
1 C Brown sugar, packed
1/2 C evaporated milk
5-6 C Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add evaporated milk. In a separate bowl, sift together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour and then gradually add to creamed ingredients. Drop by teaspoon full onto greased cookie sheets and bake 12-15 minutes. Cool completely then frost.
Frosting: In a small sauce pan over low heat, bring butter and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in the milk and return to a boil. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Add powdered sugar to cooled sauce until it is the desired consistency.
