4 ( 8 OZ. ) tubs whipped cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. sweet butter
2 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Let the sour cream , cream cheese and butter come to room temperature for one hour or mash ingredients together. Blend all ingredients with a mixer except for the egg. Beat each egg individually into the batter. Pour into greased 10- inch springform pan.
Place pan into a larger roasting pan that has ben half filled with hot water. Bake at 375º oven, preheated, for one hour. DO NOT OPEN OVEN at all while cake is baking.
Keep cake in oven for at least 3 hours after oven is turned off.
