Cardboard Graham crackers
Tin foil Licorice (split in halt lengthwise)
White frosting 3 Musketeers candy bars
Mini Peanut Butter Cups Red and White pinwheels type candy
Lifesavers Orange gumdrops (large)
Lemon drops Small Tootsie Rolls
M&Ms Hard tack Christmas Candy
Candy Kisses Nuts
Chocolate Chips Small candy canes
Neccos Peppermint candy

Frosting for Station:

1 pound powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white karo syrup or 1/2 teaspoon cream tartar
1/3 cup crisco 1/4 cup water
2 drops lemon flavoring

Frosting Recipe:

1 1/4 cup crisco 2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon salt
Flavorings: 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon lemon, 1 drop mint, 1/2 teaspoon almond, 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
1). Cover cardboard with tin foil 2 1/2 to 3 inches. 2). Licorice tracks (split in half lengthwise) on top of squiggly white frosting 2 inches wide. Use fingernail to mark track. 3). Cars are made from 3 Musketeers (about 6). 4). Engine: 2/3 section for main piece, 1/3 section for cab. Wheels: red and white pinwheels type candy. Smoke stack: 5 lifesavers stacked with frosting. Cow Catcher: large orange gumdrop in front of engine. Light: 1 lemon drop. 5). Pieces of licorice in between each car. 6). Cars: bars cut in half (following stacked on different cars with frostings). Logs: small Tootsie Roos. Coal: M&Ms. Curly type of candy: hard tack Christmas candy. Candy Kisses. Nuts. Chocolate Chips. 7). Caboose: 2/3 bar bottom 1/3 on top.

Frosting for Station: Blend. Beat well. Keep in covered container.

Frosting Recipe: Mix in large mixer bowl 10 minutes. Let beaters cool and beat 10 minutes more or beat 7 cool, beat 7 cool and beat 7.

Graham Cracker Station: 1). Sides: 1 square, Back: 1 square. Front: 1 square. Roof: 1 square. 2). Outline house with frosting. 3). Stick small candy cane on each corner. 4). Strip frosting across roof, layering with Neccos for shingles. 5). Door: 1 square, open with frosting, peppermint candy on door
