5 medium peppers
1/2 cup grape nuts
1/2 cup water
1 pound ground beef
1 can stewed tomatoes
salt and pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cereal and water. Let stand one minute. Mix with beef then brown in skillet. Remove from heat. Stir in tomatoes and salt & pepper. Spoon into peppers. Sprinkle with cheese. Shallow baking dish with about 1/4 inch water. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
